WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US?
Your chauffeur will be dressed smartly upon arrival – He/she will arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled booking time. All of our chauffeurs and vehicles are licensed by the local authority. Being punctual, professional and going that extra mile is what we know best. Our fleet is updated every 4-5 years which undergo regular maintenance to ensure every journey is smooth, comfortable and safe.
HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING?

We accept all forms of payment – For corporate clients only, we accept weekly/monthly invoicing.
WHAT IS PROVIDED IN THE CAR?
We offer the following: WiFi, mineral water, phone charger and refreshments to keep you well connected throughout the journey. Any other special requests i.e. newspaper, magazines will also be provided for your journey. And of course, this is all provided free of cost to our clients.
WILL THE CHAUFFEUR RESPECT MY PRIVACY?
Our chauffeurs will be polite and discreet at all times. If the client(s) would like to talk or ask questions then the chauffeur will be more than happy to respond. We like to follow a statement *what is said in the car, stays in the car*.
HOW WILL WE MEET THE CHAUFFEUR AT THE AIRPORT?
Our chauffeur will be holding a name-board. If for whatever reason you’re unable to find, chauffeur can be contacted via number provided on your booking confirmation. Please do not leave the terminal. Your chauffeur will assist with any luggage to and from the vehicle.
IF MY FLIGHT ARRIVES EARLY OR LATE, WILL MY CHAUFFEUR BE THERE?
Yes, we monitor all flights so we will do our utmost best to arrive according to your arrival time.
If for any reason you are delayed further (i.e. hold ups at customs, baggage, etc) waiting time will be charged at an hourly rate dividing the hour into 15 minute segments. Our private airport transfer service includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
I'M BRINGING A BABY, DO YOU PROVIDE BABY/CHILD SEATS?
Yes we do have baby/child seats available. However these will have to be requested upon booking. You will have to fit these yourself according to the law. And of course, no extra charge.
WHICH AREAS DO WE OPERATE IN?
We’re based in Bristol however we operate nationwide. Our most common areas are: Bristol, Bath, Wales, Midlands and London – however we provide our premium chauffeur services anywhere in the South West and beyond.
